These are all left over from a fundraiser! All profits will go to help with medical expenses for my brother and his wife Becca. If you care to read, below is the explanation of what is happening.

Becca has been battling with keeping her airway open. The cause is still unknown, and she has had multiple widening surgeries on her trachea. In August of 2021 the Mayo Clinic did a different widening surgery.

June 2022, 10 month post-op appointment at the Mayo Clinic. The infection that Becca had been struggling with for about 6 months seems to be gone so that’s some good news! The scar tissue is unfortunately starting to progress in her airway again. Her doctor did a steroid injection into her neck  to hopefully slow that narrowing down. She will go back in three months for another injection. Hoping this will buy us some time until another surgery is needed!
